Most enterprise estates are not one platform but several, accumulated over years: physical servers alongside virtualised workloads, an established IBM Power footprint alongside x86, storage bought under three different strategies, and applications with very different tolerances for change. Modernisation work begins by establishing which of those still earns its place.
We assess the current environment, identify where workloads are constrained, and design a target state that keeps what remains fit for purpose while moving what does not. Migration is planned around the applications the platform carries, so change is sequenced against business risk rather than against a technology roadmap.

Infrastructure assessment
Establish what the estate runs today, where capacity and lifecycle pressure sit, and which workloads carry a clear modernisation case.
Target-state architecture
Design the destination platform across compute, storage and virtualisation, including the operating model that will run it.
Virtualisation modernisation
Move virtualised workloads onto current platforms, including Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization Engine, SUSE Virtualization and Canonical MicroCloud.
Migration services
Plan and execute the move — sequencing, cutover, rollback position and post-migration validation.
Workload optimisation
Right-size and tune workloads on the platform they land on, rather than carrying existing sizing assumptions across unchanged.
